Complete Wall System Training – Overview

This intensive 1-day course gives applicators the complete understanding of how to install Stone Age BaseBeton 1K microcement wall systems from start to finish. You will learn every component of the wall build-up — from primers, mesh and base layers, through to decorative coats, tinting, sealing, and professional finishing techniques. The focus is on hands-on learning, technical accuracy, and making the application process simple, predictable and repeatable on site.

Understanding BaseBeton 1K System

Includes:

  • Understanding the 1K wall system
  • Where 1K is used and why

Primers & Bonding Layers

A full overview of all primers used in the 1K wall system:

  • SA Fix / Stone Age Primer – when to use

Hands-on Practice:

BASA (First Decorative Layer)

You will learn:

  • How to apply Basa as the first decorative layer
  • Understanding open time and behaviour
  • Thickness control and pattern techniques

Techniques Taught:

  • Burnishing
  • Feathering

  • Vertical up/down blending

SENSE (Finish Layer)

Custom Tinting & Colour Creation
